Certain terms of service offered by the Village of Groton municipal electric utility are governed by the New York Municipal Power Agency Generic Tariff No:1, (which can be viewed here: NYMPA Tariff, with the exception of the following provisions: Rider C thereto, which establishes a formula for determining energy rates for certain outdoor LED lighting fixtures.
