Study Area Description
The Groton LPC established the NY Forward Study Area (Study Area) centrally within the Village. The Study Area begins just north of the intersection of Route 38, which runs north-south through the Village, and Route 222. The Study Area continues south, following Route 38 and the Owasco Inlet through the downtown corridor, until it ends just south of Groton Junior/Senior High School.
